Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other patients and to our staff we strictly adhere to a cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment for any reason we require a 24 hour notice to avoid forfeiture of treatment or $50 fee. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of scheduled treatment or an optional $50 buy back fee.
